This guide helps you take your AI-generated badge image and get it print-ready for real-world use — whether you're using Canva, Photoshop, or handing it off to a local printer.

✅ Step 1: Remove the Background (if needed)

Your image may have a white or colored background baked in. If you’d like a transparent cutout for printing on color materials:

In Canva Pro:

  1. Upload your AI-generated image
  2. Click the image → Tap Edit Image
  3. Use Background Remover (Pro only)

In Photoshop:

  1. Open your image
  2. Use Select Subject (under Select menu)
  3. Click Add Layer Mask
  4. Export as PNG (File > Export > Quick Export as PNG)

✅ Step 2: Resize for Printing

Most badge or sticker printing happens at 300 DPI. If you're using a 3" × 4" badge size:
